Hi Eveyrone,
I will show you how to resize the model without affecting the displacement of the object
First,right click on the collection and click on Select Objects :
After press Tab to go in Edit mode and resize the object like you want with S .
It is important to resize the object in Edit mode to don’t affect the displacement if there is one.
